Since the beginning of the fourth quarter, the development zone has been fully committed to achieving its annual goals. The Luxi River project is accelerating its progress
Entering the project site of the national headquarters and production base of Luxihe, the building complex rises from the ground. Workers are engaged in pipeline laying, wall construction and equipment debugging. At present, the two main buildings have been completed, and some production line equipment has begun to be installed on site. The subsequent factory buildings will be constructed one after another. Project Manager Xu Hang introduced, “We adopt an innovative model of ‘determining production capacity first and then building the factory’ to maximize the utilization of energy and space.”
This project covers an area of 138.5 mu, with a planned construction area of over 220,000 square meters. It is the eighth production base that Luxihe has laid out across the country and also the only one that is oriented towards the whole country and has the largest scale. The project plans to build 6 factory buildings and 1 comprehensive building. It is expected that the first batch of production lines will be put into operation in April next year. After reaching full production capacity, it can produce 200,000 tons of baked goods annually, supplying over 600 stores across the country.
Orders for Hongjia’s new factory are scheduled until 2026
Also running on the sprint track is the new factory area of Hongjia Machinery, which just started production this month. Entering the brand-new 42,000-square-meter workshop, the automated equipment is operating precisely and efficiently. “At present, all production lines are operating at full capacity, making every effort to fulfill orders. The production plan for next year has already been scheduled.” ” Wang Jian, the director of the company’s office, said that the expected output value this year is 160 million yuan.
The total investment in the new factory area is approximately 500 million yuan. It is planned to build multiple intelligent production lines for elastic clamps, stainless steel throat clamps, spring plates, etc., achieving full digital and automated coverage of the production process. It mainly provides key components for automotive brands such as Volkswagen, BMW, and Tesla. After full production, the annual production capacity can reach 800 million pieces, and the annual output value will exceed 200 million yuan.

Since the beginning of this year, the development zone has been fully committed to accelerating project construction and ensuring that enterprises’ production never stops, focusing on leading industries such as new energy. By 2025, the park is expected to achieve a regional GDP of 43.8 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year growth of 6.6% and accounting for approximately 38% of the entire region. The total output value of industrial enterprises above designated size was 92.5 billion yuan, increasing by 7% year-on-year and accounting for 72% of the entire region. The new energy vehicle, intelligent manufacturing equipment, and new medicine and life health industries are expected to achieve output values of 52 billion yuan, 31 billion yuan, and 7.2 billion yuan respectively throughout the year.
From the successive settlement of 50 key industrial projects such as Dreyson Technology and Gaoshan Robotics, to the stable production and increased efficiency of leading enterprises like Changan and Sunwoda; From the upgrading of cross-border e-commerce industrial parks to the opening of a batch of urban construction roads and the delivery of affordable housing… With a fighting spirit and a pragmatic style, the development zone is striving to achieve the annual economic and social development goals, laying a solid foundation for a good start in the New Year.
