Reporters learned from the second press conference of the 2024 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference held on the morning of December 17 that the conference will be held at the Nanjing International Expo and Conference Center from December 20 to 22, and all preparations are basically ready.
It is understood that this conference, with the theme of “Accelerating the creation of an upgraded version of intelligent manufacturing and developing new quality productivity in accordance with local conditions”, will host 1 theme conference, 1 major signing event, 4 major special events and 10 special events. At the same time, a market-oriented exhibition will be held to continuously build a diversified, international and professional global intelligent manufacturing exchange and cooperation platform.
At the press conference, Gao Qianjun, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that the theme conference will be held on the morning of December 20, with leadership speeches, major announcements, keynote speeches, etc. Many international organizations such as the International Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance, the World Association of Industrial Technology Research Organizations, and the International Electrotechnical Commission Intelligent Manufacturing System Committee, as well as well-known international and domestic companies such as LG Energy Solution, Mettler-Toledo, Mitsubishi Electric, General Technology, Baowu Group, and XCMG Group will gather together to discuss new models for the development of intelligent manufacturing and seek new cooperation in the development of intelligent manufacturing.
This conference highlights leadership and creates a “barometer” for the development of intelligent manufacturing. In the heavyweight release session, “New Trends and Achievements in the Development of International and Domestic Intelligent Manufacturing” and “Innovative Achievements of the Fourth Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Competition” will be unveiled, and relevant institutions will also interpret the national intelligent factory gradient cultivation action, the national intelligent manufacturing solution unveiling project, and the national intelligent manufacturing standard system. Reporters learned that the market-oriented exhibition held concurrently with the conference will cover a total area of about 42,000 square meters. 263 companies and institutions from nearly 10 countries and regions around the world, including Huawei, Tesla, Kuka, Kawasaki, YVT Aviation and Yangtze River Delta National Innovation Center, will participate in the exhibition, including 51 Fortune 500 companies and industry representative companies.
