From negotiation to the start of construction, it only took five months. In just five days, it completed over two million yuan worth of overseas orders… Recently, a major project in Nanjing City – the intelligent manufacturing project of Jiangsu Klaus Machinery Co., LTD., with a total investment of 500 million yuan, to build 1,000 sets of high-performance CNC machine tools, was completed and put into operation in the Honglan Street Industrial Park, Lishui District.
These days, in the production workshop of Jiangsu Klaus Machinery Co., LTD., workers are working hard to manufacture a batch of laser cutting machines. This batch of goods will be sent to Indonesia on December 15th. Less than five days after going into production, the company has already completed orders worth over 2 million yuan, achieving a “good start”.

More than 10 units were sold on the spot and over 20 units received intention orders, becoming a highlight product in the exhibition area.
In September 2024, the project officially started construction in Honglan Industrial Park. A new 30,000-square-meter high-standard factory building was built, and 100 sets of equipment including large CNC gantry milling machines and fully automatic CNC gantry machines were purchased. It is expected that the annual output value of the project will reach 300 million yuan after it reaches full production capacity. The relevant person in charge of Honglan Sub-district introduced that the Klaus project, as a major municipal project newly introduced in 2024, achieved the transition from negotiation to commencement within just five months, demonstrating the “Honglan Speed”.
Since the beginning of this year, Honglan Sub-district has continuously optimized the service process of “starting construction upon land acquisition, commissioning upon pre-inspection, and production upon completion”, with the goal of “the best service, the fastest efficiency, and the most practical style”, providing full coverage, all-round, and full life-cycle support for enterprises, and promoting major projects to be implemented, put into production, and achieve benefits as soon as possible.
