Jiangsu Mingjie Power Technology Co., Ltd. is one of them.
Jiangsu Mingjie Power Technology Co., Ltd., located in Guanshan District of Jingqiao Industrial Concentration Zone, is a provincial high-tech enterprise. The company focuses on the research and development and production of brushless AC generators. Its R&D team holds 15 patents. With the core technology of compound stamping and one-time blanking, it has significantly improved the efficiency of the generator. Its products are exported overseas, with a market share of up to 90%.
”Under the careful guidance of the local government, we have successfully established a website and exported our products to ASEAN countries and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative,” said Yang Hongshe, the company’s head, with gratitude. Cross-border e-commerce has become the main engine of Mingjie Power’s growth. This year, foreign trade exports have achieved a significant increase, and orders are pouring in. It is expected that the annual export volume will reach 80 million yuan, and 90% of the annual plan has been completed from January to November .
Going out to sea, thousands of ships compete. Since the beginning of this year, Jingqiao Town has actively responded to the call, and by building a docking and communication platform for enterprises and cross-border e-commerce service resources, it has provided services for the development of cross-border e-commerce for enterprises, helped enterprises improve their shipping efficiency, and saved a lot of time and cost for enterprises. “We actively guide and support enterprises to establish independent sites (websites built and managed by merchants themselves) and expand overseas markets through online platforms.” The relevant person in charge of Jingqiao Town said that as of now, 5 enterprises in Jingqiao Town have successfully established independent sites and successfully obtained cross-border e-commerce orders, and the import and export volume of foreign trade has achieved significant growth . From January to November, Jingqiao Town’s foreign trade import and export volume has reached 118 million yuan, and the annual trade volume is expected to reach 130 million yuan, an increase of 30%. In terms of cross-border e-commerce, the annual transaction volume is expected to exceed 15 million yuan, achieving a “zero breakthrough” .

Promote the “accelerated running” of project construction
Nanjing Yulin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and service of wood-based panel equipment. It covers an area of 14.7 acres. The project has revitalized the factory buildings and idle industrial land of Jiuding Company in the former Guanshan Chemical Park. “We have more than ten years of experience in tool production. The new factory has introduced the most advanced equipment, mainly producing chippers, shaving machines, grinders, log peeling and preparation machines and other wood-based panel equipment.” The company’s head Liu Jie introduced that the company has established a technical alliance with a number of scientific research institutions and upstream and downstream enterprises, and will strive to build a first-class domestic machinery and equipment manufacturer and integrated service provider. Since the trial production in May this year, the current output value has reached 50 million yuan, achieving the signing of the contract and the start of production and upgrading in the same year.
Walking into Nanjing Jingyun Sports Development Co., Ltd., a variety of amusement facilities are displayed in the exhibition area on one side. As a new company, Jingyun Sports’ amusement and leisure equipment manufacturing project was officially put into production in March this year. Thanks to the government’s front-line services, more than 13,000 square meters of factory buildings and 38.4 acres of idle industrial land of Tairui New Materials in the former Guanshan Chemical Park have been revitalized, providing Jingyun Sports with a ready-to-use production space, truly realizing the efficiency and convenience of “moving in with your luggage” .
Wang Zhisheng, head of production at Jingyun Sports, praised the local business environment. He said: “It is the favorable business-friendly, business-friendly and business-enriching environment here that prompted us to decide to settle in Jingqiao and to quickly start production. With the strong support of the government, we were promoted to the ranks of large-scale industrial enterprises in just three months. ” At present, the company is operating at full capacity. Since it was put into production, it has completed nearly 90 projects with an output value of 70 million yuan, and orders are scheduled until the year after next.
This year, Jingqiao Town successfully revitalized nearly 200 mu of land resources, attracting many high-quality enterprises and projects such as Jingyun Sports, Yulin Machinery, Dongfu Huadan, Xiyuan New Materials, and Haishangwei Shipbuilding , which not only activated idle factory resources, but also promoted the accelerated agglomeration of the health manufacturing industry in Jingqiao Town. Today, the three major parks of Jingqiao Industrial Concentration Zone, Guanshan District, Fengxiangling District, and Zhishan District (Venous Industrial Park), are rapidly rising, and industrial development is undergoing a comprehensive green transformation.
This year, Jingqiao Town has included two major municipal industrial projects with a total investment of 1.769 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 669 million yuan. Among them, Area A of Nanjing Smart Healthcare Innovation Park and Phase I of Nanjing Juli Pharmaceutical R&D, Production and Distribution Base have been completed and put into use. In addition, there are 20 district-level key industrial projects with an annual planned investment of 1.901 billion yuan. As of November, the investment amount has reached 1.656 billion yuan, completing 87.1% of the annual plan.
