On the afternoon of September 26th, the “I Run Orders for Enterprises” – United Front Work Tour of Lishui Series of Activities – “Smart Agriculture +” Special Session was held in Tian ‘an Future Ecological City. The event, themed “United in Heart, Moving Forward Hand in Hand”, aims to unite the united Front forces of private entrepreneurs, new social strata figures, etc., and inject new impetus into the strengthening and supplementing of the smart agriculture and modern food industry chain in Lishui District’s “Two New and Two Intelligent” industrial system. The responsible persons from the Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department, the District Committee of the United Front Work Department, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the District Bureau of Commerce, the District Supply and Marketing Cooperative and other departments, as well as representatives from 12 enterprises attended.
At the event site, representatives from six units including the Future Food Research Institute, Nanjing Zhongmao Food, and Xiaoyangren Company shared their specific practices and experiences in transformation and upgrading as well as expanding overseas markets. The Smart Agriculture and Modern Food Industry Professional Committee of the District General Chamber of Commerce was established, building a new platform for the coordinated development of the industrial chain. Golden Manor and Zhuangyan Technology, as well as Bubu Food and Xiaoyangren Company, have respectively signed intention agreements to cooperate in areas such as the application of light-transmitting films and the procurement of milk products.
During the event, departments such as the United Front Work Department of the District Committee, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the District Bureau of Commerce stated that they will adhere to the concept of “one chessboard”, precisely match the demands of enterprises, and establish a tracking mechanism. In terms of sales channels, we will build multiple platforms, organize production and sales connection meetings, and encourage the new retail model. On the overseas expansion path, an overseas business service team was established to interpret trade rules and organize international exhibitions. In terms of financing support, we hold bank-enterprise matchmaking meetings, customize financing plans, promptly convey policies, and provide all-round protection for the development of enterprises.
The relevant leaders of the Municipal Committee of the United Front Work Department stated that this event effectively leveraged the advantages of the United Front, built a bridge for cooperation between the government and enterprises, and promoted the in-depth integration of smart agriculture and the food industry. The establishment of the special committee and the signing of agreements among enterprises have injected new impetus into industrial collaboration. It is hoped that Lishui will take this opportunity to explore more innovative models and accumulate more experience for the upgrading of the “two new and two intelligent” industries in the entire district.
Outside the event venue, enterprise display boards and product tasting areas were set up. Core products such as Zhongliang Fruits and Vegetables, Xiaoyangren milk beverages, and Bubu Food baked goods attracted the participants to stop and exchange ideas. Zang Xiaoliang, the person in charge of Zhongliang Fruits and Vegetables, said, “This event not only provided an opportunity for display, but also enabled us to learn the advanced experience of our peers.” The exhibition participation and policy guidance proposed by the relevant departments are very practical, which fills me with confidence in the future development of the enterprise.
Lishui District is making every effort to promote the construction of “Two new and Two intelligent” industries, and smart agriculture is a key direction among them. This event is a concrete action taken by the United Front Work Department of the District Committee and the District Federation of Industry and Commerce to implement the decisions of the District Committee. Through the bond of the United Front, it effectively breaks down barriers, integrates resources, and promotes industrial integration and enterprise transformation. It is learned that in the future, more thematic connection activities will be carried out, and it is planned to establish professional committees for intelligent manufacturing, new energy vehicles, etc., to continuously promote the cluster development of industries.
