On April 9, sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Lishui District People’s Government, the “Digital Empowerment · Smart Rejuvenation” 2025 e-commerce public service activity was held in Jiangsu Baima Agricultural International Expo Center. Gao Chengxiang, president of the Provincial E-commerce Association, Luo Bing, Director of the E-commerce Department of the Provincial Commerce Department, Haming Antler, deputy director of the Municipal Commerce Bureau, and Xu Rixi, deputy district Mayor, attended the event.
The Lishui Station event focused on e-commerce to promote consumption, industrial belt innovation and upgrading, convenience and benefit services, and attracted more than 100 guests from platforms, foreign trade and agricultural products enterprises.
The event site set up cross-border e-commerce, famous and excellent products, industrial consumer goods exhibition area, also invited garlic cloves and other e-commerce platforms for live broadcast, while Lishui “no thought garden” regional public brand and Jiangsu Baima Future Food Research Institute respectively carried out brand promotion and new product release, creating an “online + offline” integrated consumption scene.
Lishui District uses e-commerce as a link to promote the deep integration of industries, and the innovative “delivery and fast supply” integrated e-commerce circulation channel model has attracted attention. This model integrates transportation, postal, express, and supply resources, builds an efficient logistics network covering both urban and rural areas, solves the “initial” problem of agricultural products going up and the “last” kilometer problem of consumer goods going down to the countryside, and drives the average annual growth of 20% in the region’s network sales.
In addition, Skyworth Group also brought a two-line ecological layout of “product + integration” at the event, further demonstrating Lishui District’s industrial agglomeration advantages in smart home, green travel and other fields.
As a highlight of this event, Jingdong took the lead in Nanjing to pilot the “online car purchase, home with a license, safe direct” service, consumers can synchronously complete the vehicle registration, license application and other processes through the e-commerce platform to achieve “no home, car purchase on the road”. This move not only simplifies the purchase process, but also promotes the standardization and facilitation of electric bicycle consumption. At the event, the first batch of online sales of electric bicycles with licenses were delivered to user representatives by Jingdong Brother, marking the innovative combination of e-commerce services and public services.
