Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the third batch of proposed projects for the 2025 Provincial Basic Research Special Fund (Major Innovation Platform Program). Led by Nanjing Yangtze River Industrial Technology Research Institute Co., LTD., an enterprise in Liuhe High-tech Zone, The “Jiangsu Provincial Aerospace Advanced Structure and High-End Equipment Technology Innovation Center” (hereinafter referred to as the “Innovation Center”), jointly established by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing Chenguang Group Co., LTD., Shenyang Aircraft Design and Research Institute Yangzhou Collaborative Innovation Research Institute Co., LTD., and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Wuxi Research Institute, has been successfully selected. This center is the only technological innovation center in the aerospace industry field in Jiangsu Province.
Nanjing Yangtze River Industrial Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is an enterprise platform jointly established by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the People’s Government of Liuhe District, Nanjing City. Relying on the disciplinary advantages of the university, it conducts business in multiple sub-directions of high-tech industries such as high-end equipment, aerospace, composite materials, and electronic information, including scientific research and development, technology transfer, consulting services, technical support, and carrier operation. At present, the research institute has assisted in promoting the construction of 5 national key laboratories, 6 provincial and ministerial-level innovation platforms, 3 central enterprise cooperation research institutes, and 8 university-enterprise joint laboratories. It has also been approved for multiple qualifications such as major projects in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province Graduate Workstation, technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and Nanjing City Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. It has simultaneously obtained the National High-tech Enterprise Certification, the Quality Management System Certification for weapons and Equipment, the ISO three-System Certification, and the Intellectual Property Compliance Management System Certification.
The High-tech Zone of Liuhe has always been focusing on the development needs of enterprises and continuously promoting enterprise service work. In terms of policy support, we actively implement the science and technology innovation policies at all levels, introduce targeted support measures, and provide connection and guidance services for enterprises to apply for qualifications and secure funds. In terms of element guarantee, we will continuously improve infrastructure and supporting services, coordinate and address the demand for R&D space, build a talent exchange platform, and assist enterprises in efficiently attracting talents. In terms of building an innovative ecosystem, we will vigorously promote the in-depth integration of industry, academia and research. By organizing matchmaking meetings, forums and other activities, we will build a cooperation bridge between enterprises and universities and research institutions to facilitate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Through “butler-style” guidance, platform-based support and diversified empowerment, the park has gradually established a service closed loop covering the entire life cycle of enterprises, creating an excellent development environment that emphasizes both attraction and cultivation as well as ecological synergy.
Next, the Liuhe High-tech Zone will further integrate various innovative resources such as universities, research institutes, and enterprises along the industrial chain, accelerate the construction of an innovation alliance with deep collaboration among “industry, academia, research, and application”, promote the efficient flow and optimal allocation of innovative elements, help more scientific and technological achievements take root and bear fruit, and continuously contribute to the high-quality development of the park.
