Nanjing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is an important production base of Changan Automobile in East China, and is a new new energy intelligent personalized customization demonstration factory based on the “software-defined vehicle” manufacturing model. The main product is the first SUV of the Deep Blue brand – Deep Blue S7, which provides two types of power for consumers to choose from: extended range and pure electric.
2. The main experience and practice of “intelligent transformation and digital transformation to network connection”.
Focusing on key needs such as intelligent manufacturing and flexible production, we have carried out in-depth construction of new infrastructure such as 5G, big data, and edge computing, promoted the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing and the application of key scenarios with 5G private networks, and realized real-time management of enterprise production planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics, quality, production process and production equipment by the cloud system, so as to achieve the goal of building new energy 5G smart factories.
01 In terms of 5G private network construction
Build a fully connected network based on 5G private networks, and comprehensively use 700M and 4.9G frequency bands to meet the needs of wide campus coverage and low-latency and high-bandwidth applications in specific scenarios. 5G technology is combined with industrial control systems to remotely control automotive production equipment and realize equipment parameter adjustment, stopping, and execution.
02 In terms of helping intelligent production
Using 5G private network technology, the production process and production equipment of the enterprise are managed in real time in the cloud system, and the whole process of digital and intelligent management of materials from warehousing and storage to deployment and transportation is realized, and the fully automatic assembly of vehicle chassis, tires and other auto parts is completed.
03In terms of production process control
Through the 5G industrial gateway + IOT sensor, real-time monitoring of enterprise production status, equipment operation and workshop environment. With the help of the 5G network, the collected data will be uploaded to the cloud data platform and analyzed, so as to realize effective prediction and preventive intervention of product defects, equipment failures and tool failures, help the safe and efficient operation of smart factories, and improve the intelligent management level of industrial control of enterprises.
Third, the main results
Through the construction of Nanjing Chang’an New Energy’s 5G smart factory, the full coverage of 5G network has been realized. By taking advantage of the characteristics of low latency, high security and reliability of 5G private network data, the collaborative efficiency and flexible production capacity of the factory have been improved, the production cycle has been smoother, and the overall production efficiency has been increased by more than 10%.
From 2021 to 2023, more than 50,000 concurrent access terminals will be supported, and 68 typical intelligent manufacturing scenarios in 16 categories, including 5G+ industrial control, 5G+AGV, 5G+ machine vision, 5G+ data acquisition, 5G+ energy control, and 5G+ welding management, will be implemented throughout the entire process of office production business.
Through the digital operation system, it is possible to achieve visibility and visualization, so that the manufacturing serialization rate reaches more than 90%, the sales order satisfaction rate is 100%, and the manufacturing cost is reduced by 10%. Won the “2023 Jiangsu Province 5G Factory Project”, was selected into the “2023 5G Factory List” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and won the “Industry Typical Application Case” at the “2023 China 5G + Industrial Internet Conference”.
