Tianchuang Robotics:
The order amount is 200 million yuan.
68 production lines are operating at full capacity.
On the morning of February 24th, Liu Shuang, the chairman of Nanjing Tianchuang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianchuang Robotics”), had just attended the 2026 City Optimization of Business Environment Conference. Then, without stopping, he rushed back to the company and closely monitored the production progress on the production line.
“Since the beginning of this year, the company’s order volume has continued to increase. The total amount of orders in hand currently stands at 200 million yuan,” Liu Shuang said. Most of these orders were placed before the New Year and need to be delivered in the first quarter of 2026. Currently, all employees are on duty, and all production lines are operating at full capacity to fulfill the orders and strive for a “good start” in the first quarter.

After the start of the new year, the Tianchuang Robot Chuankai factory in the Zhongke Innovation Industrial Park of Gaoxin Science and Technology Valley in Nanjing Jiangbei District was bustling with activity. From component inspection to module assembly and complete machine testing, all processes were carried out in an orderly manner. A variety of intelligent robots, including intelligent inspection, explosion-proof operations, and mobile charging, were accelerating their production and heading to application sites in fields such as power, petrochemicals, mining, and large-scale municipal facilities.

Entering the factory, on the first floor, workers in the warehouse are meticulously sorting the incoming materials according to the orders. In the QC (Quality Control) laboratory, professional equipment such as high and low temperature devices and sandblasting machines are rigorously inspecting each batch of components. “The qualified components will be transported to the robot module assembly workshop on the top floor of the factory. 68 assembly lines and 4 complete assembly workstations are operating at full capacity,” the production director of the company said.

In 2025, Tianchuang Robotics delivered a total of 326 major projects, with over 1,000 robots being deployed in actual operations, “working hard and doing real work”. “Since launching the T12-A mobile operation and human-like robot for industrial and commercial service scenarios in October last year, it has been well-received by the market. Currently, more than 20 units have been produced and put into operation. We expect a significant increase this year,” Liu Shuang disclosed. The company aims to deliver a total amount exceeding 350 million yuan this year, with a year-on-year growth of over 30%.

By the end of 2025, Tianchuang Robotics completed a new round of financing of over 100 million yuan, providing strong impetus for a good start in the new year. “This year, we will build a mobile charging robot production base. After reaching full capacity, it can achieve annual production of tens of thousands of sets,” Liu Shuang said. Tianchuang Robotics is currently conducting tests on a special four-wheel-legged robot dog and will soon release it, becoming an important new growth point for the company’s market expansion this year.
Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing:
There has been an explosive growth in overseas orders.
The annual target is to sell more than 4,500 robots.
Entering the production and testing workshop of Jiangsu Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jichu Intelligent”) located in the Science City of Jiangbei New District, Nanjing, a row of collaborative robots, welding robots and other products are all ready for dispatch. Engineers are conducting the final tests and quality inspections on each product before they “go overseas”, ensuring that each product can be stably “put into service”.

“At present, the orders mainly consist of ‘key products’ such as collaborative robots, welding robots and coffee robots, coming from both domestic and overseas countries including Europe and America.” Lu Lingling, the marketing director of Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing, pointed at a “Little Yellow” collaborative robot and said, “These orders need to be dispatched to Chile by the 28th of this month. Another nearly 100 robots will be delivered in March. Currently, the entire company is working at full capacity to accelerate production, ensuring the delivery of orders with quality, quantity and on time.”
In the assembly area nearby, several engineers are conducting a series of operations on several “novices”. From panel debugging to line connection, every step is carried out meticulously. These “novices” are actually components of the world’s first intelligent delivery integrated coffee robot developed by Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing – the unmanned vehicle.

Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing witnessed an explosive growth in overseas orders last year. By 2025, overseas sales will increase by two times compared to the previous year, and the products have been sold to 38 countries and regions around the world. “The coffee robot currently being produced is an order from the United States. It is a special customized model for a local coffee shop and will be shipped in March,” Lu Lingling explained. It is expected that this year, both the cleaning unmanned vehicles and coffee robots will see sustained growth. After the Spring Festival, the production line is working hard to ensure the delivery of orders to overseas markets such as Australia, Brazil, and Russia.

Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing has clearly set its goals for this year: to sell over 4,500 robot products, achieve a sales volume of 150 million yuan, sell the products in 100 countries and regions, and collaborate with 100 educational institutions to build a comprehensive cooperation ecosystem.

At present, the orders in hand for Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing have been scheduled until mid-April, and the company urgently needs to further increase its production capacity. Currently, the new industrialization base of Jichu Intelligent Manufacturing is accelerating its construction, aiming to be completed and put into operation within this year. “After its completion, it will be able to meet the demand for multiple varieties and batches of orders, compress the delivery cycle to 30 days, increase production efficiency by 50%, and achieve an annual production capacity of nearly 10,000 units,” Lu Lingling explained.
Eston:
The production base is working hard to complete the construction schedule and ensure timely delivery.
Continuously consolidate the “Double One” brand
Since the full resumption of work and production on February 24th, all employees of Nanjing Eiston Automation Co., Ltd. have quickly refocused and returned to their posts. They have shifted from the “holiday mode” to the “combat mode”, and the production lines at the Nanjing headquarters and all production bases have all entered a state of efficient operation.

“At present, the main products produced on the production line are industrial robots with a load capacity ranging from 220kg to 700kg. These include several types of robots specifically designed for automotive, new energy, sheet metal bending and other fields, as well as the AC servo systems and motion controllers that are core components of automation.” Wang Qiong, the deputy director of Strategy and MKT at Essentur, explained.
As the “leader” in the domestic industrial robot sector, Esteron’s robot shipment volume in 2025 continued to rank first in the Chinese market (including all domestic and foreign brands), with a market share of 10.6%. The total shipment volume increased by 25% year-on-year. Since the beginning of this year, the company has maintained a good growth momentum, with stable business growth and good order situation.

“At present, the orders in hand mainly come from leading customers in industries such as automobiles and auto parts, lithium batteries, 3C electronics, and metal processing. This includes production line upgrade orders from domestic leading enterprises, as well as overseas orders from Europe and Southeast Asia.” Wang Qiong explained. According to the production schedule, these orders will be delivered in batches over the coming months to meet the capacity expansion needs of global customers in the first quarter.
Given the favorable market conditions at the beginning of this year, especially the strong demand in the fields of new energy and automotive manufacturing, the production department of Essent has been operating at full capacity.
“To ensure the efficient delivery of orders, especially for urgent orders in the overseas market, the company’s various production bases have implemented scientific scheduling. While maintaining product quality and ensuring safe production, they have made every effort to accelerate the construction of the project by optimizing the production process and having key positions work overtime.” Wang Qiong explained.

Esteon will continue to deepen its global strategy this year, consolidating and expanding the “first domestically, first in the international market” dual-brand influence. Recently, the company passed the review process at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (meaning it met the listing qualification requirements and received a principle approval), and is expected to become the first overseas-listed company in Nanjing in the Year of the Horse.
To achieve a “good start” in the first quarter, Eiston has made simultaneous efforts in multiple areas. In the field of high-end equipment manufacturing, it has developed a complete solution covering the entire process, which has been applied in the production lines of several leading automakers in batches and successfully entered the overseas market; in the field of sheet metal automation, it has jointly created delivery processes for workstations at home and abroad, and the solution has been successfully implemented in multiple countries and regions such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, covering multiple fields including automobiles, home appliances, construction, energy storage, and construction machinery.
