Recently, the hoisting work of the main structure of the 08-12 carrier steel frame of the first industrial project in Xinghu Industrial Park, Jiangbei New Area was completed.
The Xinghu Industrial Park in Jiangbei New District is located south of Puyi Road and north of Shitou River, with a planned area of 3.65 square kilometers. It will focus on the high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry and settle a number of high-end manufacturing projects.
As the first industrial project in the park, the 08-12 carrier is positioned as a heavy equipment manufacturing base project, with a planned land area of approximately 36.2 mu and a designed total construction area of about 13,000 square meters. Currently, the hoisting work of the steel frame main structure of this project has been completed.
From the moment the project was initiated, we worked backward from the deadline, breaking down the progress of each link, including the processing and production of the back-end steel structure and the on-site construction organization, to every single day. Zhang Xiaoxuan, the project leader, said that every day, the project team conducts a detailed analysis of the construction situation. Once they find that the progress is lagging behind, they will study the emergency plan for the next day to seize the construction period.
Meanwhile, to cope with the rainy season, the project team formulated contingency plans in advance and took effective drainage measures for the foundation pit, ensuring the smooth progress of the construction. During the hot weather in July and August, the project team rationally allocated the construction time, avoiding the high-temperature period at noon, and promptly distributed heatstroke prevention and cooling medicines to the workers, ensuring their physical health and the progress of the construction.
The construction of the enclosure structure and ancillary systems of the 08-12 carrier will be carried out subsequently. It is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of this year. Meanwhile, a number of industrial projects such as Huadian solid-state hydrogen Storage and Huawei Technology’s new materials have also been settled in Xinghu Industrial Park of Jiangbei New Area. With the aggregation of these high-end manufacturing enterprises and innovation carriers, Xinghu Industrial Park is expected to create new jobs in multiple fields such as advanced manufacturing and R&D technology in the future, further driving the economic development and talent aggregation of the new district.
