On November 23rd, the opening ceremony of the AI· Mirror World – Nanjing Artificial Intelligence Ecological Street was held in Yuhuatai District. Acting Mayor Li Zhongjun, Ren Lihua, Deputy director of the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Chi Yu, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Vice Mayor Jiang Min attended.
Artificial intelligence is an important engine for fostering and developing new quality productive forces. At present, Nanjing is actively seizing the opportunity of “Artificial Intelligence +”, accelerating the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, and striving to build a trillion-yuan software and information service industrial cluster. The Nanjing Artificial Intelligence Ecological Street, which has just opened, will focus on three major directions: “intelligent leadership, integration of digital and real economies, and scene demonstration”. It will strive to build an integrated artificial intelligence ecosystem covering research and development innovation, industrial incubation, and application demonstration, and is committed to creating a pioneering area for the deep integration of AI and software industries, a demonstration area for the application and innovation of vertical large models, and a new engine for digital and intelligent transformation.
At the event site, the Software Valley Artificial Intelligence Application Industry-Talent Collaborative Innovation Center and the South A Center Industrial Collaborative Development Base were simultaneously put into use. The AI4SE Innovation Center of the School of Software at Nanjing University, the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of Southeast University (Software Valley Branch), the Southeast University – China (Nanjing) Software Valley Intelligent Robot Dual-High Collaborative Innovation Center, and a batch of industrial projects were signed in a concentrated manner. Huawei’s Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Center and ZTE (Nanjing) Intelligent Computing Innovation Center were inaugurated and moved in, and the “Zhineng · Workshop” OPC community officially began operation. In addition, Shein Group, an industry leader that has grown up in Nanjing, will take its entry into the street as a key layout for the development of “cross-border e-commerce + industrial belts”, and bring multiple empowerments such as the integration of industry and talent, technological collaboration and scene openness to the street.
After the event, Li Zhongjun and his team visited Huizhi City, conducting on-site research at the “AI· Model Workshop” intelligent body distribution center, the “Quality · Workshop” OPC community, the Yuntonton shipping data Platform, and Haojing Technology, among others. They learned about the platform construction, scene application, and enterprise settlement on the spot.
