The auxiliary road of Yangtze River Avenue (from Wuhou Street to Yifang Street), which has been in use for many years, and the main road of Yangtze River Avenue (from Qinxin Road to Wuhou Street) have undergone a comprehensive renovation and improvement: The auxiliary road has carried out targeted strengthening maintenance, deep milling and base reinforcement based on the severity of the damages; the main road has focused on “repairing damages and enhancing functions”, conducting a comprehensive renovation and renewal of approximately 81,600 square meters of the entire road, and the old sections have also gained a new look.
The benefits for travel on Jiangxin Island have also been gradually implemented. The eastern sections of Min’an Road and Lanyang Street have been successfully opened to traffic.
Not only is the “road for vehicles” more stable, but the “pedestrian path” is also more beautiful. The Tianbao Street pedestrian overpass beside the Yufei Wetland Park has undergone a comprehensive “beautification and strengthening” process. It not only ensures a solid safety foundation but also transforms into a stunning “skyline” along the Yangtze River, making the pedestrians’ steps more leisurely and the scenery more captivating.
What is particularly remarkable is that Jianye has incorporated its expertise in AI “algorithms” into the “grammar” of urban construction. After the holiday, the comprehensive development project of Shazhou Bus Maintenance and Storage Yard officially resumed. The project has a total investment of approximately 1.5 billion yuan and a construction period of 3 years. The entire project integrates intelligent manufacturing and robot technology. In the future, it will integrate intelligent parking, efficient charging, and humanized services, using technology to lighten the burden of travel and adding warmth to life.

On January 19th, Jianye held a conference themed “Renovation – Aggregation – Integration – Win-Win” to promote the construction of AI Space – Nanjing International AI Community, sounding the clarion call for a full-scale advance into the AI era. By 2028, AI Space – Nanjing International AI Community plans to cultivate 2-3 AI “landmark” enterprises, over 10 outstanding industry large models, create over 100 new-generation intelligent terminal and intelligent body products, attract over 1,000 AI enterprises and entrepreneurial teams, gather over 20,000 innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and help the entire district form a 100-billion-yuan “AI+” industrial cluster.
