A new R&D and manufacturing base with a total investment of 1 billion yuan has been put into use in the new district

Recently, the R&D and manufacturing base of Nanjing Fujia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. located in the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was put into use. The first phase of the project covers an area of 52 mu, with a construction area of 43,000 square meters, including office buildings, manufacturing plants and a comprehensive building, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan.

Nanjing Fujia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in energy management control algorithms and provides customers with comprehensive zero-carbon solutions covering the entire ecological chain. The mystery of “Zero-carbon factories”

At the Fuga R&D and manufacturing base, its self-invested and self-built “integrated photovoltaic storage and charging” project has recently started construction. This is a “zero-carbon factory” that Fujia Intelligent has built in Jiangbei, integrating power generation, storage, charging and consumption.

The first phase of the project is equipped with 479kWp photovoltaic systems, 375kW/783kWh energy storage systems and smart charging piles, and is powered by the Fujia Energy carbon Management platform. Through the energy microgrid dispatching strategy, it achieves efficient coordination of “source-grid-load-storage” (a new type of power system operation mode integrating power sources, grids, loads and energy storage).

The system can intelligently regulate the priority supply of photovoltaic power generation to charging loads, and store the surplus electricity in the energy storage system. During peak electricity consumption periods, it discharges to regulate peak and off-peak hours. With two charging and discharging cycles per day, it not only ensures the efficient consumption of clean energy in the park but also allows the surplus electricity to be fed into the grid, significantly enhancing the self-sufficiency rate of green electricity and energy utilization efficiency in the park.

After the project is completed, it will integrate photovoltaic power generation, energy storage peak shaving, smart charging and high-efficiency energy conservation on the load side. It is expected to generate an average of 468,800 kWh of electricity annually and reduce carbon emissions by approximately 27.32 tons per year. This not only benefits the optimization of enterprises’ energy structure, bringing dual economic and ecological benefits, but also provides a replicable and scalable “zero-carbon” practice sample for regional energy transformation. It provides full life-cycle services for Jidan Biology’s efficient energy conservation and intelligent operation, bringing significant energy-saving benefits and ecological value to it.

In the “Green Soft Capsules and High-End Preparations Industrialization Intelligent Factory” project with the new district enterprise Haijing Pharmaceutical, Fujia Intelligent provided BMS (Building Management System) and EMS (Environmental Monitoring System) to achieve intelligent supervision of key parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure difference and energy consumption in the pharmaceutical production workshop, enabling the enterprise to carry out more efficient and safe production and manufacturing with lower energy consumption.

Energy conservation has transformed from a “complimentary gift” to a “necessity”
