Jianye District

Yuhuatai District
The first OPC micro-seed fund in Nanjing has been established
Recently, the first OPC micro-seed fund in Nanjing, led by Ralph Venture Capital, was officially launched at Yuhua AI · Mirror World – Nanjing Artificial Intelligence Ecological District. The fund has a scale of 20 million yuan, with investment amounts ranging from 500,000 yuan to 2 million yuan per transaction, providing “the first spark” for OPC entrepreneurs and helping to optimize the OPC investment ecosystem in Nanjing.
On November 23rd last year, the province’s first artificial intelligence ecological district – AI · Mirror World – Nanjing Artificial Intelligence Ecological District was officially opened in Software Valley, and at the same time, the city’s first OPC community – “Qi Neng · Workshop” was also established. Through the creation of computing power centers, data innovation centers, Huawei artificial intelligence industry innovation centers, and university technology transfer centers, it empowers the development of OPC entrepreneurs. Currently, 14 enterprises have already moved in and the OPC construction has been initiated.
Jiangbei New District
50,000 to 100,000 yuan start-up capital supported by the New District for OPC entrepreneurs
Recently, Nanjing Jiangbei New District has introduced an action plan to fully support the new OPC entrepreneurial model. Each selected OPC entrepreneur will receive 5 to 10 million yuan in special start-up funds, as well as a maximum of 5 million yuan in project subsidies and a maximum of 2 million yuan in computing power subsidies.
Focusing on three types of OPC entities – model innovation type, scenario application type, and ecological service type, the “U·CAN” core IP will be created to form a differentiated AI entrepreneurial ecosystem mark for Jiangbei New District, enhancing the overall level of artificial intelligence empowerment. Jiangbei New District, with its key industrial parks within the region and the New District Investment Group as the main body, implements OPC recruitment globally, aiming to create more than 30 OPC communities by 2030, cultivate and introduce over 1,000 key OPC enterprises, and gather over 5,000 technical and industry talents in the OPC field. It will provide comprehensive and multi-dimensional support to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams and strive to build a “new OPC entrepreneurship highland” in the Yangtze River Delta.
Jiangning District
The “Zijinshan” force of the OPC community when one starts a business and meets future computing power
By the end of 2025, the Zijin Xingchen · OPC community was officially inaugurated in the Zijinshan Science City of Jiangning Development Zone, marking the full launch of a new AI entrepreneurship ecosystem characterized by “single-person formation and full-chain closure”. The community plans to initially build a 10,000-square-meter multi-functional innovation space and provide comprehensive entrepreneurial services, aiming to become the preferred area for vertical application-oriented OPC entrepreneurship and a demonstration zone for artificial intelligence empowerment industries.
