In the “Doctor Health Manager” team, each doctor is responsible for one company. For instance, Liu Yang himself is in charge of Huatian Technology. “The company is doing very well now and has also recruited many talents. Many of the employees come from other places and were unfamiliar with the local medical resources when they first arrived here. We actively connected with them and helped them solve their problems.” Liu Yang said.
In the “Doctor Health Manager” team, there are also experts from various departments such as endocrinology, oncology, and surgery. “We have contact groups with various enterprises and community health centers of the streets. Last time, a patient suffered from bleeding from duodenal ulcer. As soon as we learned about it, we contacted him to come to the hospital through the green channel for treatment. When the patient arrived at the hospital, the rapid treatment team and all the preparatory procedures were already in place, greatly improving the treatment efficiency,” Liu Yang said.

Not limited to medical treatment, Puqiu People’s Hospital has also organized teams to visit enterprises newly established in the new district, helping them systematically establish a health management guarantee system for employees. Previously, the hospital actively connected with the Nanjing Metro Line 11 Project Department of China Railway 11th Bureau Group through the medical consortium platform, and tailored an overall health service plan from prevention to intervention for the enterprise.
