Bluestar Adissu is a leading global producer of animal nutrition additives, providing innovative animal nutrition additive solutions to more than 110 countries around the world. The Bluestar Adisu feed additive project with an annual output of 37,000 tons is located in the national Nonggao District of Nanjing, Chaxing Road, is the first special products feed additive production factory built in China, the total investment of the project is about 247 million yuan, the total construction area of 26,500 square meters, divided into two phases.
At the project site, the workers, with the cooperation of various kinds of machinery, riveted full energy to build the main project of comprehensive warehouse. The first phase of the ongoing construction project includes hazardous chemicals warehouse, comprehensive warehouse, fire waste water collection pool, maintenance workshop, production workshop, comprehensive building, laboratory, etc.
Adisu project leader Ren Yanjun introduced that the project officially started construction in September 2023, and it is planned to complete the first phase of construction before the end of 2024, and put into operation at the beginning of 2025 and carry out the second phase of construction simultaneously. After the completion of the project, it will provide strong support for the high-quality development of Nanjing National Agricultural High Area and help the construction of Nanjing industrial strong city.
Nanjing Luxi River food headquarters base project
Nanjing Luxihe Food Headquarters Base project is located in the development zone north of new energy Avenue, west of the west of the main road, is a major provincial project in 2023, a total investment of 3 billion yuan, construction area of 230,000 square meters, covering production, office, research and development, training, etc., is expected to produce 100,000 tons of baked goods, 4,000 tons of stuffing sauce, frozen semi-finished products, 20,000 tons. Sun Jinping, the project manager of the Luxi River headquarters base, introduced that the construction area of the No.1 frozen semi-finished product workshop is 35000 square meters, with four floors above ground and a height of 30.3 meters. Since entering the construction site on August 6, 2023, the project department has implemented strict quality management, scientifically organized scheduling, and ensured that the project is progressing to high standards according to the timeline.
Baowu Magnesium Industry Magnesium and Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Project
Baowu Magnesium Industry Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yunhai Metal Group, is the first local listed enterprise in Lishui. Its market share of metal magnesium, strontium, and magnesium alloy products ranks first in the world. Baowu Magnesium Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of magnesium and aluminum alloy die-casting parts, covering an area of 75 acres and a construction area of 47000 square meters. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to increase invoiced sales by 1 billion yuan and increase tax revenue by over 70 million yuan.
At the project construction site, one administrative building and five factory buildings have been roofed, and workers are carrying out exterior landscape and interior facade decoration. At present, the three large factory buildings covered by the project have completed steel structure hoisting and entered the installation and construction phase of large equipment such as die-casting machines.
“We will make every effort to promote the project, accelerate the construction of basic facilities and equipment installation, and strive to achieve completion and production this year.” The project site leader Zhu proudly introduced that the factory building is constructed with steel structure, which can save half of the construction period compared to the frame structure.
Lishui Yuda Second hand Car Trading Market Project
The Lishui Yuda Second hand Car Trading Market project is located west of Provincial Road 204 and south of Tianshengqiao Avenue, covering an area of 24 acres with a total investment of about 200 million yuan. In the future, it will become a large-scale professional service platform in the western part of the city, integrating automobile sales, transaction transfer, after-sales automobile market services, and logistics center. It will comprehensively utilize “digital+finance” to improve resource utilization efficiency and empower the high-quality development of the Lishui automobile industry.
According to the project plan, the Lishui Yuda Second hand Car Trading Market project plans to build a 5F building as a second-hand car trading center. Among them, the first, second, and fourth floors are used car exhibition halls, the third floor is used car exhibition hall and trading hall, and the fifth floor is an office area designed with a rooftop parking lot.
“The project officially started construction in early December 2023 and is currently undergoing underground construction. We will focus on both safety and progress to ensure full completion by 2024,” said the on-site project manager.
