“The raw materials we use are all high-quality logs. After strict screening and processing, we ensure that the products are both environmentally friendly and safe.” Zhang Aiguo, general manager of Nanjing Xinrui Packaging Co., Ltd., introduced that the company can provide customized solutions for various packaging materials. The products are widely used in the fields of precision packaging of new energy batteries and earthquake protection of home appliances. It is currently closely cooperating with well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Hisense, Skyworth, Siemens, and LG .
After the Spring Festival, in the face of the surge in order volume, the company resumed work in full swing on February 3, and more than 160 employees arrived at work to catch up on orders. After more than 20 days of resumption of work, the company achieved an output value of nearly 10 million yuan, an increase of 20% year-on-year. It is expected to achieve the target of 300 million yuan in output value throughout the year .

These equipment will be used in wind power gearbox production lines, with extremely high accuracy requirements and every part must undergo repeated and strict inspections.
“As soon as the beginning of this year, we received a lot of large orders, especially in the fields of new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing, which has increased significantly.” Sun Fuxiao, deputy general manager of the company, introduced that
the company’s orders have been scheduled for the second half of the year, and the output value in the first quarter is expected to increase by nearly 40% year-on-year compared with last year .
Yuhe Transmission specializes in the production of high-precision gears, gear parts and gear box repair products. In order to ensure first-class technical level and large-scale production, the company has successively introduced advanced equipment in the industry such as grinding machines, gantry machining centers, CNC efficient gear hobbing, etc., and is equipped with a special constant temperature workshop and measurement room. “Our constant temperature workshop can ensure that the equipment operates in the optimal environment and avoid the impact of temperature changes on accuracy,” said Sun Fuxiao.
