2月26日14:00，伴随着悠扬的汽笛声，在南京海事局的全程维护保障下，装载价值达3亿元货物的多用途船舶“中远海运智慧”轮，从南京龙潭港出发，预计20余天后到达埃及塞得港。这标志着“南京—北非”新远洋外贸集装箱航线正式开通，该航线也是2025年南京港服务共建“一带一路”的首条重磅航线。
At 14:00 on February 26, with the sound of a distant whistle, the multi-purpose vessel COSCO SHIPPING WISDOM, carrying goods worth 300 million yuan, departed from Nanjing Longtan Port. With full maintenance support from the Nanjing Maritime Safety Administration (MSA), the vessel is expected to arrive at Egypt’s Port Said in over 20 days. This marks the official launch of the Nanjing-North Africa new ocean foreign trade container route, which is also the first major route of 2025 to support the Belt and Road Initiative through Nanjing Port.
据悉，此次首航的“中远海运智慧”轮装载了72个锂电池储能柜、175个框架式特种集装箱，以及牵引车、洒水车、加油车、自卸车等产品，总货值达3亿元。为保障船舶及货物顺利进出港，南京海事局专门成立了一个服务保障工作协调小组，推出“一站式”绿色通道服务，实现船舶载运“新三样”货物审批“即报即办”。
On its maiden voyage, COSCO SHIPPING WISDOM is reportedly carrying 72 lithium battery energy storage cabinets, 175 framed special containers, and products like tractors, water trucks, fuel trucks and dump trucks, with a total cargo value of 300 million yuan. To ensure smooth port operations for the vessel and cargo, the Nanjing MSA has established a service coordination team and offered one-stop green channel service, enabling immediate approval for China’s “new trio” (i.e., new energy vehicles, lithium batteries and photovoltaic products) being transported by ships.
近年来，新能源汽车、锂电池、光伏产品等“新三样”成为我国外贸出口的新增长点。数据显示，2024年南京港“新三样”集装箱水路运输达8.63万标箱，同比增长36.1%。“此前，受地理、成本等因素影响，‘新三样’贸易企业通常需要通过公路运输到上海、宁波等地中转出海。”南京海事局相关负责同志介绍，新航线开通后，将为南京及周边企业出口北非打通一个新通道，助力外贸企业降本增效，对于进一步建设南京区域性航运物流中心也具有重要意义。
In recent years, China’s “new trio” have become a new growth point for its exports. Data shows that in 2024, the container throughput for the “new trio” at Nanjing Port stood at 86,300 TEUs, a 36.1% year-on-year increase. Previously, due to geographical and cost factors, trade companies involved in “new trio” exports had to transport goods by road to transit ports in Shanghai and Ningbo, said a related leader from the Nanjing MSA. The new route will open a direct channel for Nanjing’s and nearby businesses to export to North Africa, helping foreign trade enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency. It is also of significant importance to further build Nanjing into a regional shipping and logistics hub.
