近日，哈萨克斯坦贸易政策发展中心驻南京办事处成立大会在江苏中亚中心隆重举行。哈萨克斯坦贸易政策发展中心负责人达乌林•萨吉杜拉，哈萨克斯坦贸易政策发展中心驻南京办事处负责人贝克穆哈梅德，南京市政府副市长季铁军，市商务局、玄武区委区政府主要负责同志和苏豪控股集团负责人等出席大会。
Recently, a meeting was held at Jiangsu Central Asia Center to mark the establishment of the Nanjing office of QazTrade. Attendees include Dauren Sagidulla, head of QazTrade, Bekmukhamed, head of the Nanjing office, and Ji Tiejun, vice mayor of Nanjing, as well as representatives from the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the CPC Xuanwu District Committee and the district government, and Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group.
大会上，哈萨克斯坦共和国贸易和一体化部部长沙卡利耶夫·阿尔曼专程致函祝贺，并表示将以办事处为重要支撑点，推动双方在经贸合作交流方面取得更多更新成果。苏豪控股集团负责人和玄武区政府主要领导先后致辞，哈萨克斯坦贸易政策发展中心负责人介绍了办事处建设背景、目标定位与运作规划等情况，现场举行了办事处成立仪式，哈萨克斯坦企业代表与江苏中亚中心签订入驻协议等。
Arman Shakkaliyev, Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sent a congratulatory letter and said that Kazakhstan, to be supported by the Nanjing office, will strive to seek more and updated achievements in economic and trade cooperation and exchanges with China. An executive of Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group and a leader from the government of Xuanwu District delivered a speech successively. The head of QazTrade presented the background, goal, operating plan and more for the establishment of the office. A ceremony marking its establishment was held that very day, and business representatives from Kazakhstan signed agreements with Jiangsu Central Asia Center on settlement in the center.
去年以来，我市深入贯彻省委省政府工作要求，由市商务局、玄武区与苏豪控股集团三方强强联手，共同打造了面向中亚地区的国际经贸创新合作示范载体——江苏中亚中心，通过高标准建设载体、高质量政策赋能、高水平经贸互动等举措，进一步拓宽了全市乃至全省外经贸企业与中亚地区的合作空间。
Since 2024, the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Xuanwu District and Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group, meeting the requirements of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and the provincial government, have been working together to build Jiangsu Central Asia Center, an exemplary center of innovative international economic and trade cooperation for Central Asia. Moves including high-standard center construction, high-quality policy empowerment, and high-level economic and trade interaction have further broadened the space of cooperation between foreign trade enterprises in Nanjing and even Jiangsu and Central Asia.
下一步，市商务局、玄武区政府将持续深化与苏豪控股集团的合作，积极为江苏中亚中心引入数据要素、大模型、绿色低碳、跨境电商等新兴产业优势资源，全力提升江苏中亚中心渠道优势和产业吸引力，进一步强化我市外贸企业与哈萨克斯坦等国农产品、矿产品和特色消费品等进口合作，支持机电、纺织、二手车等产品拓展中亚市场，积极培育跨境电商等外贸新动能。
In the next step, the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the government of Xuanwu District will strengthen collaboration with Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group to introduce superior resources in data elements, large models, greenness and low carbon, cross-border e-commerce and other emerging industries for Jiangsu Central Asia Center, comprehensively improve the center’s channel advantages and industrial attractiveness, further strengthen the cooperation between foreign trade enterprises in Nanjing and countries like Kazakhstan on import of their agricultural products, mineral products and featured consumer goods, support the export of electromechanical devices, textiles, used cars and others to Central Asia, and foster new growth drivers of foreign trade, e.g. cross-border e-commerce.
