Nanjing Hainuo Furnace Technology Co., Ltd. is an intelligent equipment manufacturing company specializing in the research and development, sales and production of heat treatment equipment. Its products are widely used in aerospace, new energy vehicles and other fields. Walking into the company’s production workshop, workers are wearing work clothes, wearing safety helmets, and holding welding guns for precise operation.
“The export volume of our products has increased significantly, and the orders have been placed until August next year.” Wang Laqing, general manager of the company, said that the company’s overseas market share has increased from 50% to 70% , and the total amount of overseas orders currently exceeds 5 million US dollars, mainly sent to Russia and India. In order to deliver on time, the company is organizing production in an orderly manner and fully promoting the production plan.
The Baby Food Nanjing Production Base, also located in the Nanjing National Agricultural Hi-Tech Zone, is also a busy scene. In the sterile workshop, various equipments are running at high speed, and workers are doing their jobs in an orderly manner. As an important layout of Baby Food in East China, the various pastry foods produced by this production base are very popular in the market and are continuously shipped to stores across the country.
According to Xu Yuanben, executive director of the Nanjing production base of Baby Food, thanks to the forward-looking market layout, the base has completed orders of 166 million yuan in the first three quarters, and the current orders on hand are still sufficient. Compared with the first three quarters, the order volume in the fourth quarter is expected to increase by 14% . The company’s sales target this year is 256 million yuan, of which the order volume in the fourth quarter is expected to be 63 million yuan, and 95% of the annual plan has been completed.

Project construction is an important support for promoting high-quality economic development. In May this year, Leyin Innovation Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. established a production base in Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone to build an RTD (ready-to-drink) coffee beverage factory with an annual production capacity of up to 280 million bottles. As China’s largest professional coffee company with drip coffee cold extraction and deep coffee processing capabilities , the company is a long-term cooperative supplier of coffee brands such as Luckin Coffee and Yongpu, as well as tea brands such as Guming and Nayuki.
“We plan to build in two phases. The first phase of the project started in September this year. We plan to build four production lines, including aseptic filling line, cold extraction line, hot extraction line, and supporting facilities such as electromechanical system, clean workshop, and laboratory.” Li Dianchao, the project leader, said that the internal decoration stage is currently underway and it is expected to be completed and put into use early next year.
After the completion of the first phase of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 100 million bottles of RTD coffee beverages, and it is expected to achieve an annual sales income of 200 million yuan after reaching full production.
At the same time, Nanjing Broadcom Industrial Robot Co., Ltd. invested 500 million yuan in Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone to start an annual production and R&D project of 1,000 industrial robots . The first phase of the project covers an area of 23.8 acres and plans to introduce 40 sets of cutting-edge imported equipment, including German robot life test systems, and 60 sets of domestic high-end equipment, such as argon arc welding machines and overhead cranes, aiming to create a new and efficient industrial robot production line.
The relevant person in charge of the company revealed that the project is expected to start construction in the first half of next year. After completion, the annual sales revenue can reach 250 million yuan and the annual tax revenue can reach 5 million yuan . At present, the project is in a critical period of land approval and scheme design, and all parties are going all out to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Standing at the critical juncture of the fourth quarter, Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone further strengthened fund investment promotion, business-led investment promotion, and industrial chain investment promotion measures, and exerted precise and effective efforts. Enterprises have optimized production plans and rushed to catch up with orders, stimulating a new round of development vitality. So far, Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone has signed 12 high-quality projects such as Leyin Coffee, completing 120% of the annual target ; from January to October, the park’s scale industrial output value totaled 3.686 billion yuan and industrial investment totaled 830 million yuan; the annual scale industrial output value is expected to reach 4.647 billion yuan , with a growth rate of 6% .
