From a first-class source school to a third-class source school, the differences in student sources and school conditions brought great challenges to Zhou Ming in school management. One Saturday morning, a boy handed him a letter made of test papers, telling about his mental journey from having no hope for further studies to Principal Zhou Ming’s speech under the national flag that helped him regain confidence.

Zhou Ming was deeply touched by the student’s letter. During the 10 months he worked at the Third High School, he started by stimulating students’ interest in learning and built a development platform that conforms to students’ development and specialties and taps their learning potential , allowing them to fully choose courses based on their interests and specialties and enhance their confidence in learning.
