At around 2 pm, the “Ningju Talents to Win the Future” 2024 Lishui District, Jiangning District, Gaochun District Autumn Talent Recruitment Campus and Jiangsu Second Normal University and Nanjing Tech University Pujiang College Special Recruitment Fair was held as scheduled at Jiangsu Second Normal University.
The campus was crowded with people, and many high-quality companies from the three districts were lined up, ready to go. Nearly 4,000 students from two universities in Liyang gathered at the recruitment site . Everyone was enthusiastic about job hunting and confidently moved between the various recruitment booths, actively communicating with employers to understand the company’s current situation, job requirements, salary and benefits, development prospects, etc. Company recruiters extended “olive branches” to answer questions for job-seeking college students.

In less than an hour, Gan Lulu, the recruitment manager, received more than 20 resumes. “As a local enterprise in Shiqiu Street, these two universities in Shiqiu are one of our key recruitment institutions. We hope to attract more outstanding talents for the company by participating in such university activities.”

I have selected several companies that I like and have submitted my resume to all of them. I am looking forward to it.” Zuo Meijuan, a senior student at Jiangsu Second Normal University, told Xiaoli that she has studied and lived in Lishui for four years and has a growing affection for the place. She hopes to have the opportunity to stay in Lishui to work and become a “new Lishui person.”
This autumn campus recruitment activity brought together 50 high-quality enterprises from Lishui, Jiangning and Gaochun districts, covering multiple industries such as intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, education and training, and brought a total of 1,019 positions, providing college students with a wealth of employment options. According to statistics, a total of 427 resumes were received on the day of the job fair , and preliminary employment intentions were reached for 219 people , which made a good start for the 2024 Golden Autumn Recruitment Month
