CNC machine tools, also known as “industrial machine tools”, have a basic and strategic position in the equipment manufacturing industry, representing the core competitiveness of the national manufacturing industry.
As the only high-quality manufacturing development pilot zone in Nanjing, Lishui adheres to the manufacturing zone and has a wealth of manufacturing scenarios. The latest statistics show that from January to August this year, the output value of the CNC machine tool industry in the district reached 10.22 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.6%, and the CNC machine tool industry has become the largest, fastest growing and strongest potential sub-industry in the Lishui intelligent manufacturing equipment industry chain.
“Five in a Lifetime”
Leading enterprises are heavily positioned in Lishui
Walking into the production workshop of Nanjing Tengyang, the machine roared, a busy scene. “4 machine tools have been packaged and will be sent to Shenyang, and we have just received an order for 8 machine tools.” Yesterday, Bai Feilong, head of the production department of Nanjing Tengyang Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nanjing Tengyang”), was very busy. He introduced that the company’s output value is expected to reach 300 million yuan this year. Nanjing Tengyang is located in Yongyang Street Industrial Park, Lishui District, is a leading enterprise in the CNC machine tool industry in Lishui District, settled in Lishui for more than 10 years, has made many additional investments.
Back in 2012, Qiaofeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qiaofeng Intelligent”) came to Lishui and established Nanjing Qiaohui Machinery Co., Ltd., starting from a rented 3,000-square-meter plant, and doubled its output value in just two or three years. In 2015, under the coordination of Yongyang Street, Qiao Feng Intelligent won the original 25 acres of factory building of Nanjing Tengyang Machinery Co., Ltd., and has since taken root in Lishui.
After Xintenyang injected Qiao Feng’s intelligent genes, “Phoenix Nirvana” grew rapidly. In 2018, Nanjing Tengyang once again added 71.9 acres of second-phase plant through the method of “freeing cages for phoenixes”. With this expansion, Nanjing Tengyang’s sales revenue exceeded 100 million yuan. After the technical transformation of the new and old factories, the sales revenue in 2020 will reach 170 million yuan.In 2019, Lishui District was approved as the only high-quality manufacturing development pilot zone in Nanjing, and the development momentum of the manufacturing industry has become stronger. In 2020, Qiao Feng Intelligent will focus on the spindle, external protection, chip removal system and other subdivisions in the CNC machine tool industry, and set up a machine tool external protection processing plant in Baima Town, Lishui – Nanjing Pusman Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Tainuo Machinery Co., Ltd. in Yongyang Street, specializing in the production of grinding machines.
In 2023, Qiao Feng Intelligent will once again invest 680 million yuan in the construction of the third phase of the project – Qiao Feng Intelligent Equipment (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., which covers an area of about 100 acres and can produce about 10,000 medium and high-end CNC machine tools annually after completion. So far, the number of “Qiao Feng” companies in Lishui has increased to 5. Bai Feilong said that Lishui not only has a manufacturing base, but also has a unique location advantage, which provides a fertile ground for the company’s rapid development.On July 10 this year, Qiao Feng Intelligent was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Jiang Xiuhua, chairman of Qiaofeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., said that the rapid development of the company is inseparable from the strong support of governments at all levels in Lishui in terms of park construction, land supply, project declaration, school-enterprise cooperation, and talent introduction.
At present, the third phase of Nanjing Tengyang project has been capped, and it is expected to be put into operation in the first half of next year, and will be used as Qiaofeng Intelligence’s high-end CNC machine tool research and development headquarters base and flexible manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta, with an annual output value of up to 1 billion yuan.
