A “refueling gun“The comprehensive reconstruction project of Huimin Avenue is an important part of the Jiangnan connection line of Jianning West Road cross-river channel, the project starts from Xinxing Road in the south and reaches Chenghe South Road in the north, with a length of about 2.37 kilometers and a comprehensive pipe gallery of 1.99 kilometers in the whole line. The deepest part of the tunnel foundation pit built in the third bid section of the project is nearly 30 meters, and the maximum width is 55.6 meters.
The four-storey underground “T” interchangeThe comprehensive reconstruction project of Huimin Avenue connects Xiaguan Bridge and Shogunate West Road viaduct in the form of a long tunnel, and sets up an underground four-storey “T” interchange at the intersection of Jianning Road to achieve rapid traffic conversion with the Jianning West Road cross-river passage. The third bid section of the project starts from Jianning Road in the south to Nanjing West Railway Station in the north, with a total length of 485 meters, and the main construction content is the new underground interchange tunnel and comprehensive pipe gallery project. At this stage, the earthwork excavation and main structure construction are mainly carried out.

In the construction process, the construction quality of the underground diaphragm wall enclosure structure is strictly controlled, and the mud index is controlled in the process of groove forming to make the mud meet the specification requirements. In view of the geological characteristics of silt silty clay, the participating units have taken precipitation and water insulation measures, constructed the underground diaphragm wall of the enclosure structure to a depth of 60 meters, each wall is deep into the rock formation, and the MJS waterproof pile process is used between the joints of each two underground diaphragm walls to ensure that the groundwater is isolated. Various monitoring facilities such as static level and inclinometer are used to monitor the foundation pit in real time, and the data can be fed back in real time to make the deformation of the foundation pit controllable.
