Line 7 (Gulou Section)! The sense of “art” is full!

Jiangsu

At present, the middle section of Metro Line 7 has completed the track laying and cold and hot slip tests, and is carrying out access commissioning with the north and south ends, and all stations are in the stage of mechanical and electrical installation and decoration.

Caochangmen Station and Qingliangshan Station in the middle section of Line 7 are characteristic stations, which not only overcome the construction difficulties, but also closely integrate with the surrounding culture to create an underground “art space”.

Caochangmen Station

Simulating the “shining” of the top surface of the starry sky

Simulate the starry sky roof to create an industrial retro style. At Caochangmen Station, the blue squares on the ceilings of the station hall and platform floor simulate the starry sky, like stars dotting the night sky, creating a glittering visual effect. The wall panels are finished with cement panels, and the orange mosaics on the pillars create an industrial retro style.

There are 3 transfer points to facilitate the rapid transfer of citizens. There will be 3 transfer points between Caochangmen Station and the existing Line 4. “We have set up transfer points in the station hall, platform and entrances and exits, so that citizens do not need to climb up and down after the opening of traffic, and there are many ways to transfer.” Introduction of the person in charge of the project site.

Qingliangshan Station

The wall of the 7th basement floor is “like a swimming dragon”

The new technology of wall aluminum plate is “concave” out of three-dimensional shape. In the hall floor of Qingliangshan Station, pieces of diamond-shaped bronze aluminum plates are inlaid all over the ceiling and the walls on both sides, forming a huge arch like a swimming dragon, which is very shocking. According to the person in charge of the site, the design of the station draws on the historical allusions of Sun Quan to build a city and build a capital in Stone Mountain (now in the area of Qingliang Mountain), and the bronze aluminum plate is “concave” to create a three-dimensional shape, simulating dragon scales.

“The aluminum plate on the top of the wall is anodized by the aluminum plate process, and the ‘dragon scale’ uses the oxidation process to form a bronze color, and then the surface texture is formed through the surface drawing process.” The person in charge said. After the “dragon scales” are folded, the light behind them is transmitted through, creating the feeling of scale highlights. At the bottom of the wall, there will also be some mottled stones, simulating the elements of Nanjing’s city wall.

The combination of open and dark excavation “digs” out the deepest subway station. Qingliangshan Station has a total of 7 floors underground, which is not only close to the main road in the west of the city, but also has to reserve the transfer with the planned Metro Line 13, with an excavation depth of nearly 51 meters, equivalent to the height of a 15-story building, and is currently the deepest subway station in Nanjing. Considering that the project should minimize the floor area of the construction site, the excavation adopts the method of half open excavation and half underground excavation.

The project department dug shafts on the north and south sides of Guangzhou Road, and then dug on both sides to avoid digging from the road surface and interrupting traffic, so as to ensure both traffic and construction, and ensure both vehicle traffic and station construction. In the face of ultra-deep foundation pit and underground excavation projects, “Metro Guard” strengthened the intensity and frequency of on-site supervision to protect the quality and safety of the project.

Metro Line 7 adopts fully autonomous driving technology, and after the opening of the whole line, it will span Yuhuatai District, Jianye District, Gulou District and Qixia District, connecting the southwest and northeast directions of Nanjing. The “Metro Guard” of the rail station of the Municipal Construction Committee will continue to supervise the construction quality, promote the preparation work before the completion and acceptance of the project, and ensure the smooth opening and operation of the whole line.
