On June 29, a major provincial project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan — Sanzhong Precision Intelligent Equipment (Nanjing) Co., LTD., with an annual output of 150 sets of precision boring and milling machine tools and large five-sided machining center CNC machine tool production project, officially implemented the third expansion in Yongyang Street, Lishui District, adding a strong engine for the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the whole region.
Sanzhong Precision is a national “little giant” enterprise specializing in high-end CNC vertical wheel, vertical mill, wheel mill center assembly and manufacturing. Its products are widely used in automobile, motorcycle, construction machinery, wind power and other industries. It has maintained close cooperation with Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, FAW and other world-famous enterprises. The company and Qingdao Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly developed SZ1600ATC+G vertical grinding machine equipment, successfully broke the foreign technology monopoly.
“The good policies and business environment of Yongyang are the reasons why enterprises continue to choose to expand production.” Li Yan, deputy general manager of the company, said that since moving from Kunshan to Yongyang in 2020, the company has quickly completed the first and second phase construction and put into production, with a total output value of 250 million yuan last year. The additional investment of 1 billion yuan in the third phase of the project shows the confidence of continuing to cultivate and develop in Lishui.
The third phase expansion project is located in the east of Qinyin Avenue and the south of Jinghong New Century Hotel. It plans to build a new high-standard factory building and ancillary facilities totaling 37,000 square meters. The project focuses on the production of pentahedral machining centers and precision boring and milling machines. It is expected to be completed in September 2027, with an annual output value of about 350 million yuan.
As the core position of Lishui national CNC machine tool industry, Yongyang Street was selected as the national small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industrial cluster in 2025. It has built a full chain industrial ecosystem of research and development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales, and created a 10-minute industrial supporting circle. By the end of 2025, 70 machine tools, functional components and supporting enterprises will be gathered in the park, forming a complete industrial matrix with an annual output value of 4.3 billion yuan.
Yongyang Street officials said, three three phase of the expansion of the CNC machine tool industry chain will be a key link to enhance the level of local manufacturing. The street will continue to optimize services, strengthen factor security, and do its best to escort the project into production and achieve results as soon as possible.
