- Super large processing capacity: Three-axis travel 700/700/600mm, maximum stroke of the swing axis 350mm. Maximum workpiece diameter D530x225mm, height D370x375mm. It can easily cover the processing of various large shells and skeleton parts for humanoid robots.
- High rigidity body structure: Adopting high-speed and high-dynamic bed, large X-shaped column, and large-span base design. The overall stability is fully achieved. There is no vibration or deformation during high-speed processing, ensuring the consistency of production accuracy; spindle speed 12000rpm, positioning accuracy 0.008/0.007/0.006mm, fast movement speed 36/36/36m/min, balancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Efficient mass production configuration: Equipped with the same 30T tool magazine, suitable for multi-process discrete processing, reducing tool change waiting time and improving overall production capacity; BT40 mechanical spindle, spindle diameter D205/D150 (increased by 10%), rigidity ≥ 250N/um, the shaft core is made of special alloy material, hardness above HV900, standard flat Latin design tensile force reaches 59kN, far exceeding similar products in the industry.
