Kino-AIGC large model is a vertical large model independently developed by Xuanjia Technology for the field of audio-visual content production. It mainly covers various directions such as animation production, short drama creation, cultural tourism revitalization, digital commerce, and government and enterprise services.
Unlike the pursuit of a ‘universal’ general-purpose model, the Kino-AIGC model was initially designed to be a ‘vertical expert in the field of audio-visual’, focusing on addressing practical issues such as high costs, long cycles, and high barriers in video content production. A company official explained.

Currently, this model has achieved full coverage of the entire process from script creation, storyboard generation, character design, video synthesis to intelligent editing and multilingual dubbing. At the same time, Xuanjia Technology has built the Kino Horizon platform using Kino-AIGC as the technical foundation, and has constructed a complete ecosystem from “model → platform → base → overseas expansion”.
The creator only needs to input a brief story outline, and the AI script engine can, based on the deep learning of a large amount of popular short drama data, generate a script draft with complete structure, intense plot points, and intelligently invoke the most suitable generation model to complete the generation of character three-view diagrams, scene materials, and storyboard videos. Finally, the AI voiceover, music, subtitles, and one-click distribution tools will complete the post-production and adaptation for overseas release. A company official said.
For instance, the first AI micro-drama in Cambodia, “Where You Belong”, jointly produced by Xuanjia Technology, only provided four photos of the four actors. Through the Kino-AIGC large model, the entire production of 74 episodes of the short drama was completed within one week. From character modeling, storyboard generation to video synthesis and Khmer language dubbing, no on-site shooting was conducted throughout the process. It has become a benchmark case for China’s AI audio-visual technology to “go global”.
Xuanjia Technology, established in 2013, has been deeply engaged in the full ecosystem services of audio-visual for a long time. It has served a total of 160 million household users across the country and has accumulated rich data and experience in the audio-visual field. As the only video vertical备案 large model in the province, the Kino-AIGC large model has outstanding core advantages.
“The training cost of this system is 60% lower than the industry average, yet it can produce high-quality videos with a VBench score of 99.31. It also has extremely strong scalability in the commercial field,” said the company’s relevant official.

As of now, the Kino Horizon platform has produced over 100,000 minutes of audio-visual content. It has served in various fields such as cultural relic revitalization, diversified tourism and culture, videoization of publications, film and television adaptation of novels, intelligent advertising, and overseas release of TV dramas, and has served over 200 enterprise application scenarios.
At present, the market size of short dramas in China is continuously expanding, and it is accelerating its “going global” process to enhance its global influence. “Xu Jia Technology’s ‘one-click go global’ function provides technical infrastructure for domestic content to reach the world,” a company official disclosed. The company plans to launch the English version of Kino Vision this year and gradually expand into the markets of Southeast Asia, North America and Europe.

It is reported that Xuanjia Technology is advancing the “Intelligent Agent Economy” strategy, continuously iterating the physical law simulation capabilities of the Kino large model, extending from “video generation” to “customizing exclusive intelligent agents for various industries”, and the future growth potential may also expand to multiple fields such as advertising, education, and government and enterprise services.
