On March 13th, 2026, the Amazon Global Selling Cross-border E-commerce High-Quality Development Conference was held in Jianye District. On the same day, the new Amazon office in Nanjing officially opened.

This conference is the third consecutive year that Amazon has held a high-level event in Jianye District. This will further promote the transformation of global resources into regional development momentum.
As the world’s largest cross-border e-commerce platform, Amazon Global Selling helps businesses around the world expand their international markets, build international brands, and serve global customers. The 20 overseas sites have been fully opened to Chinese sellers, helping tens of thousands of Chinese enterprises deeply integrate into the global trade network and supply chain, and allowing high-quality “Made in China” products to reach the world.
Since setting up an office in Nanjing in 2020, it has guided nearly 4,000 enterprises to go online on Amazon’s “Cloud Outbound”, and has formed advantageous cross-border e-commerce industrial belts such as fashion clothing, household goods, mechanical equipment, consumer electronics, and hardware tools.

At the 2024 Amazon Global Selling Cross-border Summit, Amazon announced that the Amazon Global Selling Nanjing Office has undergone a comprehensive upgrade and has moved into the China Yangtze River Delta (Nanjing) Cross-border E-commerce Park located in Jianye District.

The official opening of the new office in Nanjing marks the official establishment of the global leading cross-border e-commerce platform in Nanjing. Nanjing and enterprises in Jiangsu and Anhui provinces will thus receive comprehensive local support such as store management, brand incubation, and AI application. The threshold for going global has been significantly lowered, and service reach has been significantly enhanced.
This milestone will not only accelerate the transformation of local manufacturing and export enterprises to cross-border e-commerce, but also promote Nanjing to become a regional service center for cross-border e-commerce in the Yangtze River Delta. It will continuously enhance the city’s influence in the national cross-border e-commerce landscape.

The self-owned brand Berkshire Home Company of SuMeida Textile, a company in Jianye District, has a history of 30 years in the United States. To enhance efficiency and accelerate transformation, in 2022, a domestic professional team was established, and a cross-border e-commerce department was set up the following year.
Currently, the BK brand of SuMeida Textile has one independent website and two Amazon stores on overseas e-commerce channels.
The data shows that in the first year of the department’s establishment, the overseas e-commerce sales increased by over 153% year-on-year. In 2025, despite a high base, it still maintained a strong growth rate of 26%, and successfully entered the “List of Key Cultivated Cross-border E-commerce Brand Enterprises in Jiangsu Province for 2025”.
Benefiting from the assistance of Amazon’s Global Selling Program, not only local enterprises in Nanjing but also enterprises from member cities of the metropolitan area have benefited.
With the assistance of Amazon, Wuhu Yufan seized the opportunity presented by the momentum of the new energy vehicle industry, added electric vehicle accessories and built a new R&D production line, expanding its products to electric vehicle instruments and on-board electronic products. In the past two years, it has also expanded its products to the agricultural vehicle sector. In recent years, it has still maintained a profit growth rate of 20% – 30%.
