Helping to strengthen the industrial zone, this enterprise aims to achieve a revenue of 100 million!

The festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival has not yet dissipated, but in the food industrial park of Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone, the machinery is already humming loudly. On March 4th, in the production workshop of Magyi Coffee Nanjing Factory, the fully automated production line was running at high speed. Bottles of coffee beverages went through multiple processes such as pre-treatment, precise filling, and automatic packaging. They were flexibly grasped by the mechanical arms and neatly stacked, and were about to be sent to various places. The company is adopting an “initiate with a sprint” attitude, fully rushing to produce the first 200,000 bottles of RTD beverage order this year, and striving to achieve a “first-day success” in the first quarter.

01 Orders are booming and production is hectic. Expansion of production capacity has driven a job boom.


Although January and February are traditionally the off-season for beverage production, Magi Coffee has witnessed a strong growth in both production and sales. “Since its production began in October 2025, our development pace has been accelerating. Currently, we have secured the first order of 200,000 bottles of RTD beverages for the first quarter. New orders will come in the middle and late March and in April,” said Zhang Chengde, the general manager of the Magi Coffee Nanjing factory. In 2026, the company aims to achieve an output of 80 to 100 million yuan.

Corresponding to the simultaneous growth of production capacity is the “talent map” of the enterprise. Currently, among the company’s 120 employees, the majority are local talents. With the increase in production capacity and market expansion, it is expected that the team size will expand to over 200 people within the year, continuously injecting vitality into local employment stability and development.


02 Independent technological research and development, building a product flavor moat


Behind the surge in orders is the hard power of the enterprise’s technological research and development. “In the professional coffee production field, we were the first to introduce a sterile cold filling line, with high automation and mature technology, providing a solid guarantee for product quality,” Zhang Chengde said.

The more crucial aspect lies in the coffee extraction technology. “The key technologies from coffee bean roasting to extraction have all been independently developed by the company and the equipment has been continuously improved, creating a unique flavor system and technical barriers,” Zhang Chengde explained. The company’s independently developed “Flash Extraction” and “Cold Extraction” technologies, which are benchmarked against high-end stores, select the best flavor liquid from the first infusion of coffee beans, and can retain the original flavor of the coffee beans to the greatest extent.

In 2026, the Nanjing factory of Magic Brew Coffee will continue to make efforts in two directions. Firstly, it will further expand its sales channels by introducing product lines such as ready-to-drink coffee (RTD) to brand-owned stores, special distribution channels, and chain stores, thereby establishing a full-channel sales network covering both online and offline markets. Secondly, it will actively explore overseas markets, planning to invest more than 50% of its total sales revenue in overseas markets, with a focus on regions such as Japan, South Korea, the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.

03 Precise Support, Helping Enterprises Achieve “Accelerated Growth”

By changing the approach from “waiting for approval” to “actively visiting”, the service team has intervened in various stages such as enterprise establishment, construction, and acceptance in advance, and has simultaneously advanced the process. They have efficiently coordinated and resolved various issues, helping the Magic Brew Coffee project start in January 2025 and be put into operation in October, completing the entire process in just 10 months. This efficient service model not only ensured the rapid and compliant commissioning of the project, but also the formation of standardized processes and experiences has been applied in similar projects across the region, achieving a demonstration effect of “one successful project, leading a group of projects”.

The rapid growth of the Magic Brew Coffee Nanjing factory is a vivid illustration of the Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Zone’s efforts to optimize the business environment and promote the development of the food industry cluster.
