Lishui’s intelligent manufacturing has gained a new engine. Recently, the annual production line project of 8,000 sets of central air conditioners of Lantu (Nanjing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has been officially put into operation. It is expected to achieve sales of 200 million yuan by the end of the year.
Lantu (Nanjing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Dongping Sub-district Industrial Park, Lishui District. Xiao Li walked into the production workshop of the enterprise yesterday, and a strong sense of technology greeted her. The 200-meter-long automated production line runs smoothly, with a core component of the air conditioner – the heat dissipation fin – coming off the line every 10 minutes. From sheet metal processing to final assembly and inspection, more than ten procedures were carried out in one go, achieving a magnificent transformation from “a piece of aluminum foil” to “an air conditioner”.
All of our product lines use high-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil as the core material. Xiao Ye, the general manager of Lantu Environment, introduced that although the cost is higher than that of ordinary aluminum foil, the heat exchange efficiency is increased by 15%, and the durability and anti-oxidation performance are also significantly enhanced, which can significantly extend the service life of air conditioners.

In March last year, the company’s investment of 115 million yuan to build a production line project for 8,000 sets of central air conditioners annually started construction. The project covers four modern workshops and a research and development center, equipped with advanced facilities such as foaming pressure equipment, high-precision sheet metal stamping machines, high-precision punch presses, and commercial air conditioning assembly lines. It can provide customers with one-stop customized services from design selection, product delivery to after-sales commissioning.
“We plan to build our first modern factory in 2028 and expect to achieve an annual sales volume of over 500 million yuan.” ” Xiao Ye stated that in the future, the company will rely on the dual-wheel drive strategy of “industrial purification HVAC + commercial HVAC”, continuously increase investment in research and development, expand overseas markets, further enhance core competitiveness, and contribute to the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing in Lishui.
