This project is jointly invested and constructed by Nanjing Xingyin Yunjia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Xingyin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. to build a new industrial production base for traditional Chinese medicine. The main construction includes a traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment workshop, a comprehensive extraction workshop, a comprehensive preparation workshop, a alcohol precipitation workshop, a comprehensive warehouse, a quality inspection center, a power center, a sewage treatment station, employee shift dormitories, a comprehensive building, and other public supporting facilities. The project has a land area of 165 acres and a building area of 170000 square meters. The total planned investment for the project is 3 billion yuan, with a planned investment of 400 million yuan in 2024. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to have an annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of 350 million yuan.

The project covers an area of 80 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 100000 square meters. The planned total investment is 1.2 billion yuan, with a planned investment of 500 million yuan in 2024. It is expected to complete an investment of 2.2 billion yuan in 2023 and 430 million yuan in 2024. After the campus settles in Lishui, it is expected to enroll 38000 students and plans to enroll 5000 students in the first phase of autumn 2024. After the project is completed, it will fully leverage the advantages of scientific and educational resources to promote the gathering of talent resources and the improvement of scientific and technological innovation capabilities in the Nanjing National Agricultural High tech Zone, accelerate agricultural scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation.

The first phase is expected to build an intelligent manufacturing base for urban service robots by 2025, and once it reaches production, it will have the ability to produce 20000 urban service robots annually; The second phase will build an industry benchmark intelligent factory, which will have the ability to produce 100000 urban service robots annually after reaching production capacity. After the project is put into operation, the first phase is expected to produce an annual output of about 1.6 billion yuan, and the second phase can ultimately achieve an annual output of about 3.2 billion yuan through capacity enhancement and technological transformation.
Nanjing Anjing Zinc Bromine Flow Energy Storage Battery
The project is invested and constructed by Anjing Energy (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., with a total land area of 354 acres. It will be divided into two phases to build a 20GWh zinc bromide liquid flow energy storage battery production line, a high standard battery factory, a testing center, a display center, an experimental research and development center (doctoral workstation), and office facilities in the factory area. The total planned investment is 11 billion yuan. The project is expected to have an annual output value of about 20 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue of about 1 billion yuan after reaching full production.
Nanjing Saite Special Vacuum Glass
This project is invested and constructed by Fujian Saite New Materials Co., Ltd., mainly to build a vacuum glass research and development center and an intelligent manufacturing base, with a total land area of 257 acres. It will be constructed in two phases with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. After the project is completed, it can form an annual production capacity of 6 million square meters of vacuum glass, with an estimated annual output value of 3 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 150 million yuan.
