Lishui District Digital Economy Transformation Acceleration Special Meeting
Held in Feiyan Cultural Industry District
During the event, Nanjing Tunan Smart Big Data Group Co., Ltd. shared the experience of successfully launching its data product, the “Lishui Parking Dataset”. On August 14 this year, the “Lishui Parking Dataset” was officially launched at the Nanjing Public Resources Trading Center, becoming the first data resource product in the district , which means that the development of the district’s data factor market has taken a key step. The product contains the basic parking lot data and vehicle entry and exit record data of 134 networked parking lots in the district, totaling nearly 50 million records, which can be used for integrated operation and supervision of on-street parking spaces and off-street public parking resources in the district.
Zhang Qiaoling, member of the Party Leadership Group of Nanjing Municipal Data Bureau and Director of the Municipal Public Resources Trading Center, and Chen Xia, member of the Standing Committee of Lishui District Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, jointly unveiled the “Nanjing Lishui District Data Element Roadshow Center”
The Data Element Roadshow Center in Lishui District, Nanjing City is a service platform for display, communication and docking created by Lishui District by integrating resources from multiple parties for data element enterprises. It aims to promote the flow and convergence of data resources, optimize data trading experience, share excellent data products, and transform data into measurable and value-added assets, thereby promoting the rapid development of the data industry in our district and even the entire city.
Nanjing Lishui Environmental Sanitation Service Co., Ltd., Nanjing Tunan Smart Big Data Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yanlord Bearing Rolling Elements Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yusheng Commercial Service Co., Ltd. and other units have signed a data asset service cooperation agreement with the Lishui District Data Bureau. They will jointly promote the development, utilization and value transformation of data assets, and inject new vitality into the development of the regional digital economy.
During the event, Nanjing Public Resources Trading Center introduced the Nanjing data trading platform and data asset registration situation, and invited Professor Li Zhonghai from Jinling Institute of Technology to give on-site lectures.
Zhang Qiaoling said that in the digital economy era, data as a new production factor has become an important means of value creation. All relevant departments should be actively involved and take the lead, fully respect and give play to market laws and their role, build platforms for enterprises in terms of policies, technologies, norms, and services, and provide comprehensive online and offline services.
The event was attended by the heads of Nanjing Public Resources Trading Center and its Jiangning, Liuhe and Gaochun sub-centers, as well as relevant heads of the Lishui District Data Bureau, Digital Governance Center, Urban Construction Group, Industrial Group, Development Zone, towns (streets) and other relevant departments and representatives of relevant enterprises.
Lishui Digital Economy Achievements
In the first three quarters of 2024, the region’s digital economy core industries above designated size achieved operating income of 15.903 billion yuan , a year-on-year increase of 11.7% . There are 174 digital economy core industry enterprises above designated size in the region .
In 2023, there will be 835 e-commerce enterprises and 10,336 stores in the region , with an annual online retail sales of 6.4 billion yuan , a year-on-year increase of 21% . It will become a provincial rural e-commerce demonstration county, Wumei (Mei) county e-commerce industry cluster, and four provincial e-commerce demonstration villages: Hefeng Wufeitang, Baima Shitouzhai, Honglan Fujiabian, and Jingqiao Shuijing Village.
At present, the region has 57 agricultural Internet of Things technology application and promotion bases , accounting for more than 29% of the total, 100 agricultural digital application scenarios have been built, and the level of digital agricultural and rural development exceeds 70% .
Lishui is focusing on the four major industries to further promote the “smart transformation and digital transformation” of the manufacturing industry, and create a number of replicable and popularizable ” 5G+Industrial Internet” model projects and typical scenarios . So far, the district has implemented the “smart transformation and digital transformation network connection” project covering 730 enterprises above the designated size , basically achieving full coverage of industrial enterprises above the designated size. At the same time, the district uses new-generation information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to focus on improving the four basic capabilities of “cloud”, “network”, “number” and “security” to build a solid digital foundation.
