DESCRIPTION:In the wave of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy and the development of green agriculture\, the Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau and the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs successfully held a special regional symposium on the construction of ecological agriculture in Lishui Dajinshan National Defense Park on July 19. This event is not only an in-depth exploration of the development of ecological agriculture of veterans’ military enterprises\, but also a vivid practice of Nanjing veterans actively responding to the call of the country\, practicing the concept of green development with practical actions\, and drawing a green future in the context of the new era. \n \nOn the day of the event\, leaders from Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau\, Nanjing Agriculture and Rural Bureau\, District Veterans Affairs Bureau\, and Lishui District Taxation Bureau gathered together to seek the development of ecological agriculture with Ye Xiaomei\, director of the Circular Agriculture Research Center of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences\, researcher Ye Xiaomei\, director of the Animal Husbandry Research Institute\, researcher Ma Hongwei of Nanjing Cultivated Land Quality Protection Station\, and representatives of 11 veterans’ military enterprises. \n \n\n\nAt the beginning of the meeting\, Chen Junchen\, Director of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Department of Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau\, delivered an opening speech\, emphasizing the important role of veterans in the modernization and transformation of agriculture\, and hoping that military enterprises can become the backbone of ecological agriculture construction. \n \n\nSubsequently\, Wu Chunlong\, director of the Agricultural Ecological Construction and Farm Energy Division of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs\, gave an in-depth interpretation of the relevant policies and pointed out the policy guidance and support path for military enterprises. Immediately afterwards\, the two agricultural experts shared their wonderful themes on the construction planning of ecological farms and the development of ecological recycling agriculture\, bringing a feast of knowledge and inspiration to the participants. \n \nIn the interactive exchange session\, representatives of military enterprises spoke enthusiastically\, introduced their own exploration and practice in the field of ecological agriculture\, and shared the successful experience and challenges faced by enterprises in the process of green transformation. It not only deepens the understanding of enterprises on the construction of ecological agriculture\, but also promotes exchanges and cooperation between enterprises. \n  \nAt the end of the event\, the leaders of the urban area and the participating enterprises visited the Dajinshan Party History and National History Education Hall\, and further strengthened the confidence and determination of retired military enterprises to devote themselves to green agriculture and help rural revitalization by reviewing the glorious history of the party and the development of the country. This event is not only an exchange and sharing of experience in ecological agriculture construction\, but also a baptism and sublimation of spirit and belief. \n \nThrough the action of “entering hundreds of enterprises to solve problems”\, the Nanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau not only built a platform for the display and exchange of veterans’ military enterprises\, but also created a good atmosphere to support the entrepreneurship and innovation of veterans in the city. Since the launch of the activity\, 62 enterprises have been visited on the spot\, more than 140 issues involving personnel structure adjustment\, recruitment demand planning\, sales license application\, business publicity and other issues have been collected from 116 military enterprises\, and 3 regional symposiums and 3 training guidance meetings have been organized to provide detailed implementation plans for enterprises. So far\, 75% of the problems have been solved\, and the activities have been widely praised by military enterprises. \nNanjing Veterans Affairs Bureau will continue to deepen the series of activities of “Entering 100 Enterprises to Solve Problems”\, focusing on the needs of veterans’ military enterprises\, integrating resources from all parties\, further condensing the strength of veterans\, and jointly helping the sustainable and healthy development of the local economy.
