SUMMARY:2024 Nanjing Overseas High-level Talent Entrepreneurship and  Entrepreneurship Competition
DESCRIPTION:Background and Purpose: \nIn order to integrate regional innovation resources\, select and attract overseas high-end talents and excellent projects to take root in Nanjing\, Nanjing Science and Technology Bureau will hold the 2024 Nanjing High-Level Talent Double Innovation Competition. \nEvent Details: \nEvent time: July 2024 (proposed) \nThe Organizing unit: Nanjing International Talent Exchange Center \nRelated district (park). \nExecutive Unit: Nanjing Tiger &Technology Service Co.\, LTD. \nRequirements for Registration: \n\n The project should be in its initial stage\, reflecting new technologies\, concepts\, models\, and services.\n\n2.The core members of the team should be at least 3 (with 3-5 members being preferable)\, and the team leader should possess innovative scientific achievements or entrepreneurial plans\, not yet having returned to work full-time in their home country or established a company locally. The ownership of relevant intellectual property rights of the project should be clear and belong to the core team members\, with no intellectual property disputes. Core team members should have no personal bad records\, no false reporting of projects\, fabrication of facts\, or infringement of intellectual property rights. \n\nThe team leader should have a master’s degree or above or associate senior title\, or hold a senior position in an internationally renowned enterprise. Age ≤55 years old and should be the decision maker of the project.\n If the team leader is a young talent under the age of 35 or has won awards in domestic and international innovation and entrepreneurship competitions\, they may be given priority in selection.\nFor individuals with outstanding performance or engaged in research in key technical fields\, it may be appropriate to waive the requirements for academic qualifications and degrees during the application process.\nThe winning project of the finals shall complete the enterprise registration formalities in Nanjing within 6 months after winning the prize\, or sign a labor contract with enterprises and institutions in Nanjing.\n\nCompetition Format: \nThis contest is in the form of a live roadshow project\, and must be attended by the applicant himself or herself\, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver of qualification. \nCompetition Rules: \n\nCompetition schedule: ≥30 projects will be collected. Project qualification review will be conducted after the completion of project collection\, and the projects that pass the review will be reviewed in writing. After the first trial\, about 10 will go to the trials. The winners of the selection contest advanced to the municipal final of the “Win in Nanjing · Innovation Jinling” Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.\nEvaluation Criteria: Based on the scoring criteria\, prioritize projects with emphasis on innovation and feasibility.\n\nRewards and Support: \n\nAward-winning teams that actually settle in the park can receive landing bonuses ranging from 20\,000 to 50\,000 yuan\, as well as relevant entrepreneurship support.\nEligible candidates can apply for direct evaluation and approval under the “Introducing Intelligence Project” of the Purple Mountain Talent Program for Foreign Talents\, enjoying a maximum annual subsidy of 300\,000 yuan for talent introduction.
